Kathy J. Crouch

Director, Customer Services for Professional and EBT products

Kathy J. Crouch joined PEI in 1990 as a Customer Service Representative in the Professional Products Group and was later promoted to Director, Customer Services for Professional and EBT Products. Crouch is responsible for the total customer experience and has been instrumental in creating the best-in-class service ratings for which PEI is known.

Crouch studied Business Administration at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California.
