Petz Enterprises Names Craig Petz
As Vice President of Marketing

Tracy, Calif; - June 24, 2002 - Petz Enterprises, Inc. has announced the hiring of Craig Petz as Vice President of Marketing. The addition of Petz to the executive team strengthens the company's efforts in the online consumer tax preparation and professional tax software markets. In his new role, Petz will lead the company's strategic efforts in the professional and consumer tax markets leading an expansion of the popular TaxBrain Online Tax Center that was launched two years ago and has enjoyed significant success.

Craig Petz helped lead the initial launch of the CrossLink Electronic Filing product line at PEI in 1990, one of the first systems put into production in the United States. After departing PEI in 1991, Petz went on to manage the launch of similar systems for Best Programs of Reston, VA and Intuit, Inc. of Mountain View, CA.

Craig Petz joins PEI from SageTree, Incorporated a leader in enterprise Supply Chain Management software based in Irvine, CA where he was responsible for consulting services and later marketing. Prior experience includes work as an enterprise systems consultant to NDC Health Information Services, The Boeing Company and Equifax.
